SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION
Sponsorship contributions from external companies, foundations or institutions are very welcome by the IUCr2011 organization. It could be articulated on several types of sponsorship according with the interest and expected visibility of the sponsor company. We will suggest some specific sponsorship opportunities, but the organization is open to hear of any kind of different proposal for the external financial support of the meeting.
Sponsorship gives the opportunity to advertise the name of your company in the sponsorship section of the official website of the Conference. In addition, you can also sponsor the Conference by advertising the name of your company in the bag cover we are preparing for all attendees, in the Abstract Book-Notebook or in the proceedings book.
EXHIBITORS INFORMATION
An unprecedented high quality commercial exhibition fair will be held as a central feature of IUCr Madrid 2011. The exhibition will run from 23rd to 28th August 2011 in the Multipurposes Hall of the Madrid Municipal Conference Centre. More than 1500 m2 for 94 booths are prepared to receive industrial and supplier companies.
Coffee breaks will be held in this area and extended breaks have been scheduled to allow good exposure for the exhibition.
Exhibition Booths in the Multipurposes Hall area are available in the dimension of 6m2 (3m x 2m) and will be sold as fully built shell-scheme stands, light, electric power and free wifi connection will be provided. A detailed exhibitor manual including all the directions for a customizable booth will be available soon.
The dates designated for setup and dismantling of the booths are 22/08/2011 and 29/08/2011 respectively.
