Several tours are offered to congress delegates and accompanying persons to give a chance to experience the history, culture and environments of Madrid and the surrounding areas. Tours can be reserved on the congress website.
- Tour reservations must be made by filling the Registration & Accommodation on line form.
- Minimum of 30 participants is required. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour could be cancelled and registered participants will be refunded or offered an alternative tour.
- The language used in all tours will be English.
Tours are subject to change due to local fairs and museum schedules.

- Cancellations made before June 1st, 2011, will have full refund, minus 20 € for handling fees.
- Cancellations made between June 1st and August 1st, 2011, will be charged with 50% of the total amount of the reserved tours.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 1st, 2011.
- Any other request made after August 10th, 2011 will be processed on site.
Corresponding refunds will be made from September 1st, 2011 onwards. |
